The most effective way to contact us is via the telephone at (613) 726-8830, Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays from 7:30 am to noon.  We consider every call to be a privilege for us to serve you.

Map & Directions

The Clinic is located in the West end of Ottawa at 11-1315 Richmond Road in the Richmond Square Mall II.

Queensway Access

From East :
Queensway westbound to Pinecrest, North on Pinecrest (or right hand turn) to Richmond Road, East on Richmond Road and the Clinic will be on the North side of Richmond (or on the left side of the street)

From West:
Queensway eastbound to Pinecrest, North on Pinecrest (left hand turn) to Richmond Road, East on Richmond Road (right hand turn); the clinic will be on the north side of Richmond (or on the left side of the street).

Ottawa River Parkway Access
For patients residing downtown, or on the Quebec border, this access is quite convenient.  Going westbound on the Ottawa River Parkway to the Woodroffe exit, West (right hand turn) on Richmond Road for approximately 5 minutes.  The clinic will be on the North side of Richmond (or on the right hand side of the street).

Bus Route
The Trip Planner from O.C. Transpo will help you find the quickest route to our office. We are only minutes away from the Lincoln Fields Transit Station. Simply type in our address (1315 Richmond Road) and yours into the trip planner and it will give you the route.
