Keely graduated from Fleming College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy in April 2010. During her time at school she obtained 3 years of hands-on clinical experience. Keely has been a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario ( CMTO ) since July 2010 and has been busy building her practice within the city. Originally from Peterborough, she moved to Ottawa in Spring 2010 to pursue greater job opportunities.

She has an avid interest in the body and it’s ability to heal naturally. With a background as a personal trainer, she brings a very interactive approach to her treatments and treatment plans to create an effective, personalized plan of care for each client. Through hands-on care, and strengthening/ stretching exercises, Keely aims to activate the body’s natural healing tendencies to bring you back to a state of function and health.

Keely enjoys an active lifestyle herself, staying fit through hiking, running,
and bouldering. She receives regular massage care herself to keep her body functioning and continues to advance her knowledge in the field through accredited educational courses.
